If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your jewelry, you may return, exchange, or receive merchandise credit for your item(s) within 14 days from the date of shipment. Custom orders with engraving cannot be accepted back for a return.
When returning an item you must contact email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RAN) number. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Authorization Number along with shipping and packaging instructions. We are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please allow 7 business days for your credit to be processed after the item(s) have been received.
